The presumed agreement reached on May 20, 2025, between the Employers’ Association Feniof and the trade unions Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, and Uiltrasporti, has established new minimum wage amounts for employees in the Funeral Pump industry. It also focuses on all the dependent personnel. Below are the corresponding minimum amounts paid as part of the August 2025 payroll.
For Level 1 workers, the base salary is 1,715.45 with an additional contingency and EDR amount of 538.76, totaling 2,254.21.
For Level 2 workers, the base pay is 1,439.22 with an extra 532.52 for contingencies and EDR, amounting to a total of 1,971.74.
For Level 3 workers, the base pay is 1,241.98, with an additional contingency and EDR amount of 528.15, culminating in a total pay of 1,770.13.
For Level 4S workers, the base salary is 1,183.33, with an additional amount of 525.93 due to contingencies and EDR, reaching a total of 1,709.26.
For Level 4 workers, the base pay is 1,114.32, and they also receive an extra 525.88 for contingencies and EDR, leading to a total of 1,640.20.
Lastly, for Level 5 workers, the base salary is 986.14. They also receive an additional amount of 523.13 for contingencies and EDR. This all totals to 1,509.27.
In essence, this agreement is providing a framework that offers minimum wage guarantee to employees at various levels working within the Funeral Pump industry for the specified periods. The salary structure takes into account their base salary and incorporates a contingency and EDR bonus to come up with a total compensation package per level.
