CCNL Private Pharmacies: Uiltucs Reasserts Economic Request for Contract Renewal

In a statement released on August 6, 2025, Uiltucs announced that it will not back down from its economic demand of 360.00 euros for employees of private pharmacies. This came after discussions with Federfarma, which counter-proposed an increase of 180.00 euros, a proposal that was deemed unsatisfactory by trade unions as it allegedly disregards the loss of purchasing power and the reference IPCA index. Despite this, Uiltucs stated it will remain at the negotiating table, continuing its mobilization efforts. In the wake of the recent mobilization, the employers’ association called for a meeting with the trade unions, requesting the regulation of the right to strike.
