On August 6, 2025, Agci-Servizi, Confcooperative Lavoro e Servizi, Legacoop Produzione e Servizi, Unionservizi Confapi, Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, and Uiltrasporti-Uil have signed an agreement to the sector contract renewal hypothesis in place since June 13, 2025. This agreement includes tables that account for wage increases and rounding adjustments.
In total, the increment of the contractual minimum for the second level is equal to €215 gross for the contractual period of 2025-2028. This sum includes inflation recovery for the prior period of 2021-2024 and is broken down with the gradualness and commencements indicated in the table.
The table, divided into levels (Liv.) and paragraphs (Par.), indicates the economic increase (Aumento economico) in total and broken down according to each separate period from July 2025 to March 2029.
For example, at level “Q” and paragraph 220, the total economic increase for the period is €433.94. This total is broken down into staged increments starting from €80.73 in July 2025 and ending with €20.18 in March 2029.
At level 7 with paragraph 201, the total economic increase amounts to €396.46, starting with €73.76 in July 2025 and ending with €18.44 in March 2029.
At the second level and paragraph 109, the total wage increase equals to the contractual minimum increase of €215.00, which rises gradually from €40.00 in July 2025 to €10.00 in March 2029.
