Anaste Social Welfare Institutions CCNL: Trade Union Meeting

On September 11, 2025, a unified initiative was held by CislI-Fp along with Fisascat-Cisl, Fp-Cigl, Uil-Fpl, and Uiltucs to discuss the renewal of the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the social-health-assistance-educational sector, specifically for Anaste employees. During this meeting, the unions highlighted the need for better safeguards, especially in terms of wages for the 11,000 workers in this sector. It was pointed out that the salaries in this field are considered lower as compared to those suggested by other CCNLs, which projected economical increases of 10.4% to 12.6%, in addition to regulatory improvements.

Based on the above, the unions concluded that mobilization should continue, even in light of the recent lack of agreement that led to broad worker support. This disagreement draws attention to the urgent need for improvements in the sector, specifically regarding wages, in line with industry norms and standards set by other CCNLs. The labour unions remain committed to advocating for such necessary changes, emphasizing on the welfare of workers in the socio-health-assistance-educational sector.
