On September 4th, a new meeting was held at ARAN for the renewal of the CCNL Public School. The subject of the meeting was the working hours of the technical administrative staff of the AFAM institutions. One of the proposals included a weekly schedule of up to 48 hours, including overtime, for a period of six months.
According to the unions, however, it would be necessary to introduce, on an experimental basis, a short working week over four days.
Particular attention was finally placed on the working conditions of the piano accompanists and laboratory technicians, with the aim to improve their working conditions, specifically to bring about changes in the weekly working hours of 36 hours (typical working hours of the TA staff).
