The agreement between the Trentino Building Association-Ance Trento and trade unions Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil has established the amount of Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for 2025. This agreement, established on 11th September 2025, is an implementation of the CIPL of 27th February 2018, supplement to article 38 of the CCNL of 18th June 2008, supplemented and modified by agreements from 19th April 2010 and 1st July 2014.
Upon comparing the three-year average of provincial indicators for the periods 2024-2022 and 2023-2021, it was observed that three out of four indicators were positive. As a result, the measure of the EVR at the provincial level is 70% of the measure identified in the CIPL of 27th February 2018. It’s worth 2.8% of the base pay minimum in force.
The Variable Element of Remuneration has validity from 1st October 2025 to 30th September 2026. The amounts relative to the EVR for Workers and Employees for 2025 have been provided. For workers, depending on their level of qualification, it varies in gross amounts between 0.24 for the 4th level, 0.22 for specialized, 0.20 for qualified, 0.17 for common, 0.16 for custodians, guardians, etc. (under Article 6 of the CCNL), and 0.14 for custodians, doorkeepers, guardians with accommodation (also under Article 6 of the CCNL).
For employees, the EVR differs based on their professional standing and level in the organization. The EVR is 59.77 for the 7th level in the first sup category, 53.79 for the 6th level in the first category, 44.83 for the 5th level in the second category, 41.84 for the 4th level in the 4th Level Employee category, 38.85 for the 3rd level in the third category, and 34.97 for the 2nd level in the fourth category and 29.89 for the 1st level in the fourth initial employment category.
