On September 23, a new meeting was held between Federculture and the trade unions Fp-Cgil, Cisl-Fp, Uil-Fpl and Uil-Pa for the renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for employees of Companies, Enterprises, Societies, Institutions, Associations and Foundations affiliated with Federculture.
The topics discussed were economic representation, new pay increases and the reclassification of staff. In regards to the first topic, the unions asked for full respect of the current protocol signed by Fp-Cgil, Cisl-Fp and Uil-Fpl, whereas Federculture proposed the signing of a specific protocol shared with the Trade Union Organizations.
From an economic perspective, a proposed pay increase of 6.65% on the wage bracket from November 2024 was discussed. This topic was postponed to the next meeting on October 13.
Lastly, regarding the classification of personnel, a simplification of the current system by incorporating some levels was proposed. This topic will be the subject of a new meeting to be scheduled.
