The Cassa Edile Siracusana di Mutualità e Assistenza, following checks carried out by the Territorial Social Parties on the development of the sector, has released the amounts recognized to all workers in the Industrial Construction sector of Siracusa as part of the EVR for the year 2025. The disbursement of the variable element of the salary, set at 4%, is scheduled from August 2025 to July 2026.
The amount does not impact other salary treatments under the current CCNL, including the payments to the Building Fund and TFR.
For workers:
At level 4, the amount is 0.26.
At level 3, the amount is 0.25.
At level 2, the amount is 0.22.
At level 1, the amount is 0.19.
For custodians without accommodation, the amount is 0.17.
For custodians with accommodation, the amount is 0.15.
For office workers:
At level 7, the amount is 62.23.
At level 6, the amount is 58.71.
At level 5, the amount is 48.92.
At level 4, the amount is 45.66.
At level 3, the amount is 42.40.
At level 2, the amount is 38.16.
At level 1, the amount is 32.61.
This variable element of the salary is an additional payment for the workers, and its disbursement will not affect the other baseline wage benefits that the employees receive. The varying amounts are determined according to the level of each worker or employee in the organization, with those at the higher levels receiving higher amounts.
