The Ebinter Campania will issue a contribution for 2025 that aims to increase the birth rate among employees of companies working in the Tertiary, Distribution and Confcommercio Services sectors in the Campania region. It is a benefit for employees who have been regularly paying contributions for at least six months.
The target beneficiaries for this contribution are:
– Permanent employees, apprentices included.
– Fixed-term workers with employment contracts of no less than 12 months.
The contribution given is worth 200.00 Euros and is geared towards a single parent per household for a single child born or adopted from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The contribution made can be increased to more than one child in cases of multiple births.
For instance, the contribution will apply to each child in case of twin births. This specific initiative highlights the value given to promoting a higher birth rate among employees enrolled in specific sectors within a specified period. It also recognises the financial burden that comes with an increase in family size, thus the reason for the monetary aid assigned per child.
