Contratto di Trasporto a Fune CCNL: Siglato il Rinnovo Contrattuale

Trade unions Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Savt, Uiltrasporti, and the National Association of Cable Car Operators have renewed the CCNL (National Collective Labour Contract) for the sector. The new contract greatly benefits approximately 11,000 workers in the industry. This significant accomplishment comes right before the winter season and the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics, where the cable car industry will play a pivotal role.

The unions have responded positively to the economic increases gained and improvements in the work-life reconciliation. The renewal of the contract, in line with the expiration of the previous CCNL, promises stability in managing both ordinary activities and the Olympic event.

Anef, now the premier and sole recognized association of cable car entrepreneurs that is part of Confindustria and comprises about 90% of cable car companies dispersed across Italy, highlights that the agreement confirms the strength of the dialogue between social parties. It also demonstrates a commitment to ensuring stability and protection for all workers in a sector so vital for Alpine tourism.

Lastly, in light of the upcoming Olympics, Anef stressed the need for efficient base connections for easy access to mountain areas. They also emphasized the importance of innovation in the snow supply chain, focusing particularly on renewable sources to reduce environmental impact and stabilize energy costs.
