On October 15, discussions resumed for the renewal of the CCNL Oreficeria Industria agreement which expired last December. During the meeting, an agreement was reached regarding the economic treatments of business trips and availability, as requested by the unified platform. Regarding shift work, an economic recognition not previously included in previous agreements was established. Furthermore, the need to regulate the job market matter related to fixed-term contracts and their duration was highlighted. The next meeting is set for early October to discuss on the economic part.
