On November 4, 2025, Conflavoro PMI, Confsal, and Fesica, under Social Parties, signed an agreement to ensure correct and uniform implementation of the economic agreement of October 27, 2025, and the National Collective Labour Contract (CCNL). This resulted in a clear definition of the distribution criteria and the method for the lump sum amount, “Una Tantum.”
The lump sum will be allocated to employees who were working at the start date of the contract renewal. The eligibility is based on the length of service accumulated between July and September 2025. The amount will be distributed in proportionate shares, depending on how long they were employed during the mentioned period. If a person was employed for more than 15 days in a given month, it will be considered a full month’s service.
Certain periods are not counted towards length of service such as military service, unpaid leave, and leaves without compensation, as per the law or contract rules. Part-time employees and trainees will receive a proportional amount based on the working hours on their contracts. To be eligible for the lump sum, fixed-term staff need to have at least 15 days of service during the reference period and be still employed at the start date of the contract renewal.
Monetary benefits given as a lump sum will not contribute to any contractual, legal, or insurance-based computations or severance packages. The provided amount will not get absorbed by Superminimi, either individually or collectively.

– Second Level: €270.75
– Third Level: €226.35
– Fourth Level: €207.45
– Fifth Level: €194.40
– Sixth Level: €182.25
– Seventh Level: €169.65.
