The Agency for the Representation of Public Administrations (Aran) has summoned representative Trade Unions and Confederations for the Central Functions sector for a meeting to be held on 3 December, marking the commencement of negotiations for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL) for the three-year period of 2025-2027.
The trade union organization Uil-Pa has expressed great satisfaction and emphasized that collective bargaining has returned as the central instrument of discussion between the social parties, thanks to their efforts. The main objective of these negotiations is to quickly reach an agreement and ensure that the slated wage increases are implemented as planned.
The financial resources needed to fund the contract renewal have already been provided for in the budget law of the previous year and have been confirmed. Uil-Pa’s primary commitment is to make sure the first tranche of increases, scheduled to take effect from 1 January 2025, is paid as soon as possible, hopefully in the early months of 2026.
Uil-Pa finally stated that this call represents a concrete response for all workers in the sector.
