On November 21, 2025, an agreement was signed by Anaepa Confartigianato Edilizia, CNA Costruzioni, Fiae-Casartigianato, Claai Edilizia, and Feneal-Uil, Filca.-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil outlining the payment methods for the Craftsman Qualification and Development Fund. The agreement involves a monthly payment of €2.00 for every employee, effective from October 1, 2025.
The agreement specifies certain conditions:
– For employees of the same company who are reported in more than one province (and thus in different Building Funds/Edilcasse) in the same month, the deposit is made in the Building Fund/Edilcassa to which the company belongs. This is considered the same area where the company has its legal/administrative and/or operational headquarters.
– For companies with only employee workers, they are currently given the option to set aside the required amounts pending the start of the DUE (Unified Building Report).
– Exemption from payment is granted to companies that have employees “on unpaid leave” for the whole month and are duly reported in Casa Edile/Edilcassa.
