In December 2025, a salary adjustment will be implemented for workers in the energy sector. This change comes from the agreement formed on July 10, 2025, between Confindustria Energia (Italian Energy Confederation) and the National Secretariats of Filctem-CGIL, Femca-CISL, Uiltec-UIL (Italian Unions). The new minimum salaries applied in the sector are specified as follows:
For the Level 1 categories (1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5), the minimum salary is 3,554.94 euros. It is specified that workers classified at these levels are also entitled to an additional 190.00 euros as a function allowance.
For the Level 2 categories (2/1, 2/2, 2/3, 2/4), the minimum salary stands at 3.219,54 euros.
Coming to Level 3 categories (3/1, 3/2, 3/3, 3/4), the minimum salary offered is 2,915.68 euros.

The Level 6 category (6/0) stands at the lowest tier, with a minimum salary being 1,965.69 euros.
It is important to note that these sums represent the minimum salaries for the defined categories, as per the agreement reached in July 2025. This agreement aims to protect workers in this sector, ensuring they receive an income that reflects the essential role they play in the industry. As such, it provides a framework for ensuring workers in this sector are paid fairly.
