On December 11, 2025, workers in the sector approved the proposed agreement for the renewal of the national sector contract after regional consultation meetings. The agreement includes the following scheduled pay increases:
– €40 gross from January 1, 2026
– €30 gross from January 1, 2027
– €15 gross from January 1, 2028
– Additional €15 gross from September 1, 2028.
