On December 10, discussions continued for the renewal of the Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for municipal pharmacies, which expired on December 31, 2024, and is applicable to over 6,000 professionals. The main subjects of the meeting were wages and the integration of new tasks in the context of new services provided by municipal pharmacies.
On the issue of salaries, Assofarm highlighted the wage differential between employees of municipalized pharmacies and those of private pharmacies. The employers’ association announced plans to put forward a new economic proposal and considers extending the contractual validity to four years.
Regarding the integration of new tasks, a technical table was proposed to evaluate these new activities. The next meeting is scheduled for January 29, 2026.
