Recently, the renewal of the CCNL was signed for employees working in the artisan enterprises providing cleaning, disinfection, pest control, rat extermination, and sanitation services. The signing parties included the Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl ,Uiltrasporti unions and the employer associations CNA Cleaning Companies, Confartigianato Cleaning Companies, Casartigianato and Claai.
One of the primary updates includes a salary increase of €215 for the fifth level, which will be re-parametrized for other levels. Additionally, there will be a one-time amount or ‘una tantum’, to make up for the contractual deficiency for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, amounting to €104.
Furthermore, two key enhancements have been provided for workers: a 25% increase in the supplement for overtime work and the introduction of seniority increments for apprentices.
An additional provision has been made to further support female victims of violence. The allowance for these victims, for an additional 90 days of leave, has been supplemented up to 70%.
