On 10th December, the unions Fp-Cisl, Fisascat-Cisl, Uil-Fpl, and Uiltucs announced the results of a meeting which took place on the 3rd December 2025 with the employer’s side, Confcommercio Health, Healthcare and Care. During the meeting, Confcommercio expressed its willingness to sign the renewal in a short time without failing to highlight the difficulties encountered, including energy price increases and missed payments from public institutions, in addition to the difficulty in finding adequate professionals.
Furthermore, the employer’s side proposed a table increase under unchanged contractual conditions, equal to 6.5%. However, it did not specify the number or the weight of the tranches, thus violating what was indicated in the points on the agenda on the issue of TEP and bank hours. As a result, the unions made it clear that they found the proposal unsatisfactory and stressed the need for a positive solution to problems concerning TEP and bank hours.
A subsequent meeting has been scheduled for 18th December.
