Starting from January 1, 2026, the employer’s contribution is set at 2%.
On January 20, a collective agreement was signed by Agidae, Fp-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, and Uiltucs-Uil regarding the company’s contribution rate for the Previfonder supplementary pension fund.
From January 1, 2026, the mandatory company contribution is set at 2% of the gross salary, adjusted for part-time percentage, and is entirely funded by the employer for 13 monthly annual instalments. The contribution is due the month following the activation of the fund.
In addition to the mandatory 1.5% contribution, each worker is also required to pay into the severance pay scheme (Tfr). The worker also has the option to pay an additional proportion of their gross salary. However, the company is not obligated to contribute for employees who do not join the fund.
