CIPL Construction Industry Bolzano: EVR established for the year 2026

The variable element of remuneration has been recognized in the maximum measure of 100% by the social parties in the agreement signed on January 21, 2026. The variable remuneration, to be corresponded in 2026, has the following values.
Workers

– Level 1: EVR per hour is 0,33
– Level 2: EVR per hour is 0,38
– Level 3: EVR per hour is 0,43
– Level 4: EVR per hour is 0,46

Employees

– Level 1: Monthly EVR is 56,84
– Level 2: Monthly EVR is 66,51
– Level 3: Monthly EVR is 73,89
– Level 4: Monthly EVR is 79,58
– Level 5: Monthly EVR is 85,26
– Level 6: Monthly EVR is 102,31
– Level 7: Monthly EVR is 113,68

The variable element of remuneration depends on the level of the worker or employee. For workers, the hourly EVR ranges from 0,33 for level 1 to 0,46 for level 4. For employees, depending on the level, the monthly EVR ranges from 56,84 to 113,68.

The recognition of this variable remuneration component allows workers and employees to benefit from additional compensation depending on their level. This encourages motivation, engagement, and productivity among individuals, as it allows them a chance to increase their income based on their contribution.

This measure was agreed upon and formalized in the agreement of January 21, 2026. The objective of acknowledging the variable element of remuneration is to offer a canvas for differentiation in earnings among employees based on their roles and levels in the organization.

For it to be effective, the management of this variable remuneration component should be clear and transparent, and employees should be aware of how their variable remuneration is calculated and what they can do to effect their remuneration.
