CIPL Edilizia Lecco: Provision of the EVR for the year 2026

On January 16, 2026, representatives from various organizations including Ance Lecco Sondrio, Confartigianato Imprese Lecco, and several others met to discuss the economic progress of the construction sector in the Province of Lecco. Measures such as productivity, profitability, quality, efficiency, and innovation were used to assess performance.

It was agreed that for the year 2025, the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR), which applies to workers from the construction and related industries in the Province of Lecco, is equal to 4% of the basic pay and salary valid as of July 1, 2014, and May 4, 2022, for industrial and artisan companies, respectively.

For determining the company-level EVR and its accurate quantification, individual companies would need to verify at the company level using parameters and criteria specified in the Agreement of July 21, 2022. Newly-formed companies are obligated to pay EVR at the territorial level. For subsequent years until the territorial triennium parameter is met, annual and biennial checks should be conducted.

The Building Fund of the Province of Como and Lecco will relay and certify the data relative to work hours to individual companies for the years under review, namely, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

If both business parameters are equal or positive compared to the preceding triennium, the firm will dispense EVR at the established provincial level. No EVR will be given if both are negative. If one is negative, the firm will dispense EVR equal to 50% of the amounts set at the provincial level by the present agreement.

Consequently, EVR hourly and monthly rates have been set for various tiers of employees across industrial and artisan companies. For example, industrial companies’ Level 4 workers get a 0.26400 EVR per hour, while Level 1 employees receive 0.18840. Discontinuous workers with or without accommodation get an EVR of 0.16960 and 0.15080, respectively.

For salaried workers, various levels have differing, yet precise, monthly and daily full-time EVR amounts. For instance, in industrial companies, a level 7 employee’s monthly EVR is 65.22840 with a daily rate of 3,26143, while a level 1 employee’s monthly EVR is 32,61440 with a daily rate of 1,63072.

Similarly, in artisan companies, employees ranging between levels 1-7 have specific monthly and daily EVR rates reflecting their employment tier. The monthly EVR for a level 7 worker is 76,45840, with a daily rate of 3,82292. A level 1 worker’s EVR per month is 37,89200 with a full-time daily rate of 1,89460.

In conclusion, the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for employees across different levels and sectors of the industrial and artisan industries in the Province of Lecco has been properly defined and calculated. Decisions about EVR disbursement are guided by company performance parameters based on the comparison with the preceding triennium. Firms are obligated to adhere to these stipulations when disbursing the EVR to their workers.
