On 26th January 2026, social parties Confartigianato Imprese Veneto, CNA Veneto, Casartigiani Veneto, Fai-Cisl Veneto, Flai-Cgil Veneto, and Uila-Uil Veneto signed a regional collective labor contract for the artisanal food and bakery sector. The new agreement enforces a strengthening of rights, salary, and working conditions for the workers in this sector.
From an economic perspective, the renewal introduces the Veneto Results Prize for the three-year period of 2026-2028. The implementation of this prize will be monitored by the provincial Result and Welfare Commissions. These have been tasked with overseeing it to ensure its successful operation.
The agreement also sets out provisions for other compensation. Workers involved in the sectors mentioned are set to receive a one-off payment of 340 euros for the 2025 fiscal year, as part of this agreement.
Lastly, within the framework of sectoral bilateralism, a new benefit has been introduced to support the families of artisan workers. This involves an annual payment of 200 euros aimed at offsetting energy costs. The payment is intended as a contribution towards families’ utility expenses and further contributes to the overall enhancement of workers’ conditions.
