The renewal of the National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL) – signed by the parties on June 10, 2025, and effective from April 1, 2025, until March 31, 2028 – introduces changes to supplementary pension contributions to the Arco Fund.
Beginning on January 1, 2026, the business contribution rate will increase from 2.90% to 3.00%. Further increases are predicted: from January 1, 2027, the rate will be 3.10%, and from January 1, 2028, it will be 3.20%. The employee’s contribution remains unchanged at 1.30%.
Another significant change pertains to the distribution of €1,000.00 for supplementary welfare. This amount will be paid in four installments:
– €250.00 by July 31, 2025
– €250.00 by November 30, 2025
– €250.00 by July 31, 2026
– €250.00 by November 30, 2026
Employees will have the option to allocate these funds to the Arco Fund.
For businesses, contributions made to the fund will contribute to the total income of the employee and are fully deductible; they are subject to a 10% solidarity contribution from the company’s INPS and contribute to the taxable portion of supplementary pension benefits for tax withholding purposes.
