Initial Developments on Economic Increase in Industrial Goldsmithing CCNL

Federorafi has expressed its willingness for a pay increase, with the next meetings with the Trade Unions being pivotal. On January 20, the Trade Unions Fim, Fiom and Uilm met with Federorafi to discuss the renewal of the CCNL Jewellery Industry contract. During the meeting, Federorafi expressed its desire to reach an agreement quickly, taking into consideration the requests from the Unions and showing a willingness to increase the economic part for the next four years. The intended increase should be higher than the Ipca-Nei forecast. Federorafi also proposed ideas relating to business travel, availability, job market, notice and apprenticeship; these will need to be assessed by the unions in light of the proposals outlined in the platform. Two new meetings have been scheduled for January 26 and February 10.
