The Regional Supplementary Health Assistance Fund for artisan business workers in Veneto has, at the start of 2026, announced the option to join the fund for employee dependents, owners and their dependents, and former members aged over 67 and their dependents. The enrollment fee varies according to the category, although the same protections are provided for all. Services include specialist visits, surgeries, diagnostic tests, physiotherapy, lenses, prosthesis, non-self-sufficiency and fragility services, exempt subject services, psychological support, vaccinations, trisomy, 21, and all dental care. Home injections are now included in surgical intervention area.
The annual quotas are as follows: 200 euros for employee dependents (Family Health protection); 335 euros for owners and their dependents (Business Health protection); 550 euros for former members over 67 (Over Health protection), whereas their dependents who are also over 67 pay the same amount; if they are under 67, they pay 200 euros if the former member was an employee or 335 euros if the former member was an owner.
Membership is valid for three years, starting from 2026. It no longer renews automatically upon expiration; it is the member’s responsibility to renew it or not, always for 3 years. A member can opt-out within 30 days of purchasing protection.
