Following several negotiations among Aerenti-Corallo, Aerenti, Associazione Corallo, and Cisa Terziario, a renewal agreement was signed on 20th January 2026 to update the economic part of the collective labor contract (CCNL) for administrative and technical workers in local radio and television companies.
Three wage increments were agreed to occur on 1st February 2026, 1st January 2027, and 1st January 2028. The wage scale follows a structured hierarchy and affects both local Radio and Television sectors with different pay modifications per level.
In the Radio sector, the change per level over the three increments is as follows:
Level Quadro B receives a total increment of 268.39, Level 1 receives 238.57, Level 2 gets 218.69, Level 3 gets 203.78, Level 4 receives 194.91, and Level 5 receives 189.65, all measured in monetary terms.
In the Television sector, the total increment is slightly higher:
Quadro A receives an increment of 313.95, Quadro B gets 294.33, Level 1 gets 259.01, Level 2 receives 237.43, Level 3 gets 221.73, Level 4 receives 206.03, and Level 5 receives 196.22.
In addition, there are one-time payments, often referred to as “Una Tantum”, applicable to part-time and during contractual expiry period employment. The amount is proportional to the months or fractions of months worked by the employee.
For the local Television sector, the one-off payments range from 240 for Quadro A and Quadro B to 150 for Level 5. While in the local Radio sector, the one-off payments range from 215 for Quadro B to 150 for Level 5. These are fixed amounts for every increment occurring in February of 2026, 2027, and 2028.
