Ania Insurance CCNL: The discussion continues

On February 16, there was a new meeting between Ania and various unions – First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Fna, Snfia, Uilca. The subjects of discussion included the negotiation of advances and artificial intelligence. ANIA expressed willingness to establish joint business bodies on technological innovation and to initiate work on defining a protocol for Artificial Intelligence. The meeting also covered professional classification, which involved reducing the levels to just two – consolidating first, second and third levels into one area, and fourth, fifth and sixth levels, as well as reducing seniority classes. The next meeting is scheduled for March 2.
