CCNL Colf Confedilizia: The Economic Adjustment Protocol has been Signed

On February 11, 2026, the National Commission established by the Collective Labour Contract “Domestic Work” convened at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies. They met to determine the minimum wages for domestic work starting from January 1, 2026. Representatives from various bodies such as Fidaldo, Domina, Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, Uiltucs-Uil, and Federcolf were present.

They reached an agreement on the revaluation of the minimum salaries and the conventional values of board and lodging, which are outlined in the following table:

Table A – Monthly Values for Domestic Workers Living with Employers
The minimum monthly pay for levels A, Autosufficienti (AS), B, Autosufficienti Speciali (BS), and C is €908.10, €958.55, and €983.16, respectively. For Assistenza Notturna (night assistance), level B workers earn €702.25 monthly, for AS workers earn €737.39, and level C workers earn €814.60.

Table B – Hourly Values
For hourly payment, the amount per hour for level A, AS, B, BS, and C are €6.51, €6.76, €7.01, €7.45, and €7.86.

Table E – Monthly Amount for Night Presence
The Liv Unico (single level) workers earn €811.09 monthly for night presence, as per Article 11.

Table F – Daily Allowance
Level B workers are provided with an allowance of €2.33 for lunch/breakfast and dinner each, and €2 for lodging, amounting to a total sum of €6.66.

Table H, I, L – Various Allowances
Level B, BS works are benefited with an allowance of €30.27. Meanwhile, level BS has an extra monthly value of €138.54 for workers of Table B and an hourly value of €0.84. CS level workers have a monthly amount of €119.66 and hourly rate of €0.7 according to Article 34 co. 4.

For level D, supplement allowances of €207.69 are accorded.

Conclusion
The re-evaluation of the pay rates and allowances happened as per the meeting from the respective organization. They concurred on diversified values for multiple stages of workers and varied working conditions such as autosufficiency level, night availability, and residence status. The adjustments in allowances as per Article 34’s different clauses, demands, and needs of domestic workers were factored into the decisions. Lastly, the variation in the Istat index was recorded to be 1%. The tables showcase the subsequent changes and updates in the wages of domestic labor.
