On January 9, Cna-Costruzioni Umbria and Anaepa-Confartigianato Umbria, in collaboration with the Umbrian trade unions Fillea-Cgil, Filca-Cisl, and Feneal-Uil, determined the variable element of the salary for the year 2026. This process followed the regional supplementary agreement for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and craftsmen from December 29, 2022, which continued the tradition of Evr.
The trade unions assessed the trend of the planned parameters with regard to the three-year periods 2023-2025 and 2022-2024. In examining these factors, the parties compared the five territorial parameters on a three-year basis, comparing the last three-year period with the immediately preceding one. The outcome revealed that all five parameters are in the positive range. Consequently, for the year 2026, the Evr will be issued at scales of 4%.
