On January 14, 2026, an agreement protocol for defining the EVR for 2026 was signed by Ance Bergamo and Feneal-Uil Bergamo, Filca-Cisl Bergamo, and Fillea-Cgil Bergamo. All four indicators of evaluation: number of workers, wage masses, hours worked, and number of companies, were positively evaluated. The amounts will be paid as an “EVR Advance” from January 2026 to December 2026. The amounts to be paid are in relation to the regular working hours.
For the 2025 amounts, the level/category and monthly or hourly payments are as follows:
– Level 7 Employee (Quadr): €69.20 per month
– Level 6 Employee: €62.28 per month
– Level 5 Employee: €51.90 per month
– Level 4 Employee: €48.44 per month
– Level 3 Employee: €44.98 per month
– Level 2 Employee: €39.79 per month
– Level 1 Employee: €34.60 per month
– Level 4 Worker: €0.28 per hour
– Specialized Worker (level 3): €0.26 per hour
– Qualified Worker (level 2): €0.23 per hour
– Common Worker (level 1): €0.20 per hour
These amounts are distributed in relation to the regular working hours of employees and workers. The agreement highlights the positive valuation of workers and labor indicators and forms part of a wider socio-economic strategy to ensure fair wages and conditions.
