The Bilateral Organization of Milan has provided a contribution available to its employees who have purchased annual subscriptions or period subscriptions lasting at least 9 months (consecutively or not) for local, regional, and inter-regional public transportation during the 1st January 2025 – 31st December 2025 period. For subscriptions spanning two years, employees who made purchases in the year preceding 1st January 2025 – 31st December 2025 period can also benefit from the contribution, but only for the subscribed months falling within the year of contribution request.
The Bilateral Organization makes it clear that any travel tickets with a duration surpassing daily use, such as 72-hour time tickets, and integrated transport cards offering additional services (like access to museums or shows) are not permissible for this benefit.
The acknowledged contribution will be equal to 30% of the expenses incurred with a cap of 200 euros for the 1st January 2025 – 31st December 2025 period. This contribution will be granted to eligible entities until the deliberate fund allocations decided by the Board of Directors for each year are exhausted.
The beneficiaries of this assistance will include full-time workers, apprentices, and fixed-term workers under contracts not less than 9 continuous months; who are performing their duties in the provinces of Milan and Monza Brianza; those employed by employers who are compliant with the payment of contribution fees to EBITER Milan for at least 12 months while presenting the request; those employed by employers fully applying the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services, National Collective Labour Agreement for both the so-called economic-normative part and the obligatory part; and those who possess a family unit ISEE indicator (an index used in Italy to declare personal income) not exceeding 35,000 euros.
The request can be submitted anytime until 10th April 2026 accompanied by the documents indicated in the regulation.
