The Bilateral Entity of the Tertiary, Distribution and Services of Rome and Lazio, managed jointly by Confcommercio and trade unions including Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, and Uiltucs-Uil regional, is providing significant resources for its members in its two main areas of action: training and welfare. With regard to training, €1,870,000 is available for companies and employees, marking a 9% increase compared to 2025. In particular, 556 courses are planned, divided into 8 macro-areas. Among the innovations this year is a Safe Driving Master’s to raise awareness among the trainees about the safe and efficient use of work vehicles.
On the welfare side, the resources planned for 2026, amounting to €1,480,000, will also ensure many services and benefits for members this year, with refunds for sports activities, books and school and university fees, summer camps, sports activities, and public transport. The aim of the Entity is to add value to people, increase the competitiveness of commercial activities, and strengthen the sector.
