Il welfare a Ebinter Vicenza è stato rafforzato

The Bilateral Body of the Tertiary Sector in Vicenza, Italy, plans to strengthen regional welfare by increasing contributions for part-time and seasonal workers by 40-50% by 2026. The supports provided cover a range of areas including public transport, school expenses, nurseries and preschools, textbooks, summer centers, medical-sports visits, and grants in case of serious illness or children with disabilities.

Starting from 2026, part-time staff will be guaranteed the full amount of subsidies without reductions proportional to their working hours. Seasonal workers who have completed at least two working seasons in the reference year will also be able to access the funds.

For businesses, increases ranging from 20% to 50% are expected for health reimbursements, bonuses for permanent hires, and contributions for the Risk Assessment Document, which assesses workplace safety hazards.

In conclusion, the Bilateral Body reasserts its commitment to welfare and training, with the aim of fostering attractiveness, occupational stability, and professional growth within Vicenza’s tertiary sector.
