The social parties Cisl-Fsur, Flc-Cgil, Fed. Uil Scuola-Rua, Snals-Confsal, Anief, Fed. Gilda-Unams have signed a contract in a specific sequence stipulated in Article 178 of the CCNL sector agreement dated January 18, 2024, relating to the three-year period 2019-2021. This contract regulates the terms of employment for permanent technologist personnel in Universities, a new professional role introduced by D.L. n. 36/2022, which furthers the urgent measures for the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, as it modified Article 24-ter, L. n. 240/2010.
This agreement, in fact, outlines the classification, specific provisions relating to the employment relationship (on the working hours), and the structure of the salary and the respective economic treatment, as reflected in the following table:
Stipendial positions and their yearly values:
– from position 0 to 5, the annual salary is €33,000
– from position 6 to 11, the annual salary is €36,940
– from position 12 to 17, the annual salary is €40,880
– from position 18 to 23, the annual salary is €44,880
– from position 24 to 30, the annual salary is €48,760
– from position 31 and onwards, the annual salary is €52,700
All amounts are expressed in euros and for twelve monthly payments.
