On December 16, 2025, an agreement was made to correct material errors related to the agreement made on November 3, 2025. Both of these agreements were signed by organizations Anaste, Ciu, Snalv Confsal, Confsal, Cse, Cse Sanità, Cse Fulscam, and Confelp. In particular, the Social Parties amended paragraph 12 of article 22.
The amended economic treatment for interns will now be based on the levels of the job qualification associated with the apprenticeship itself. The percentage of payment will be calculated based on the minimum combined monthly contractual standard stated in article 68 of the CCNL.
For contracts lasting up to 12 months for qualifications from level 1 to 5, the pay progression is as follows:
– From the 1st to the 6th month, the intern will receive 90% of the remuneration pertaining to the qualification they are striving towards;
– From the 7th month onwards, they will receive 95% of the remuneration pertaining to the qualification they are striving towards.
For contracts lasting up to 32 months for qualifications from level 6 to 10, the payment progression is:
– From the 1st to the 28th month, the intern will receive 90% of the remuneration pertaining to the qualification they are striving towards;
– From the 29th month, they will receive 95% of the remuneration pertaining to the qualification they are striving towards.
In reference to article 69, paragraph 2, employees are to receive the following amounts of salary at the respective levels:

The agreement as such corrects the material errors involved in the remuneration provisions of the previous November agreement, thereby providing an equitable pay scale for apprentices and interns based on their level of qualification.
