On January 20, 2026, employer associations Ance Pavia, Confartigianato Imprese Pavia, Confartigianato Imprese Lomellina, Cna Pavia, Claii Voghera, Claii Pavia, C.A.S.A. Mede Crafts Association, Claii Varzi, along with trade union organizations Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil, signed an agreement defining the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for workers in the construction industry in the Province of Pavia. The EVR is linked to the cyclical trend of the sector in the territory.
The amount of EVR was determined by comparing the results achieved in the three-year period 2023-2024-2025 with those of the previous period 2022-2023-2024. Analysis of territorial indicators such as payroll, number of employees, hours reported to the Edile Fund, and hours of Wage Integration Fund revealed that all four parameters were positive.
Based on these data, the parties agreed that the EVR for 2025 would be granted during 2026, amounting to 80% of the 4% of the basic wage minimums in force as of July 1, 2018. The amount will be paid to workers from their April 2026 wage onwards. The wages for June 2026 will also include back pay from January to March 2026.
In case of termination of employment before June 2026, any accrued back pay amounts will be paid directly with the final settlement dues. This agreement provides a clear system for the distribution of the Variable Element of Remuneration, which reflects the cyclical trend of the construction sector in the Province of Pavia.
