On February 11, 2026, the Social Parties, signatories of the collective economic agreement of December 10, 2014, signed an agreement on the termination of the relationship, agreeing to amend Article 10 (Indemnity for the termination of the contract). Upon termination of the relationship, the agent or representative is entitled to an indemnity, calculated based on the commissions annually accrued, according to the measures mentioned below:
– Single-mandate agent or representative:
4% on the commission quota up to 24,000.00 euros annually;
2% on the commission quota between 24,000.01 annual euros and 36,000.00 annual euros;
1% on the commission quota exceeding 36,000.00 annual euros.
– Multi-mandate agent or representative:
4% on the commission quota up to 12,000.00 annual euros;
2% on the commission quota between 12,000.01 annual euros and 18,000.00 annual euros;
1% on the commission quota exceeding 18,000.00 annual euros.
The aforementioned new brackets come into effect from January 1, 2026.
