The National Association of Construction Companies of Brescia has issued instructions for the disbursement of the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for the year 2026. The financial benefit, tied to the performance of the sector in 2025, was decided based on an agreement between social parties signed on March 3, 2026.
Upon provincial analysis, only three out of four territorial parameters showed positive, leading to the EVR amount standing at 75% calculated from the 4% of the recent minimum amounts valid as of September 1, 2020.
Specifically, for the various levels of ‘operai’ (manual workers), the EVR amounts to: 0,22 for the IV level (minimum hourly wage: 7,25); 0,20 for ‘specialized’ workers (minimum hourly wage: 6,73); 0,18 for ‘qualified’ workers (minimum hourly wage: 6,06); and 0,16 for ‘comune’ workers (minimum hourly wage: 5,18).
For ‘impiegati’ (employees), the EVR amount varies as follows: 53,72 for the 1ª car. Super level (minimum monthly wage: 1.790,71); 48,35 for 1ª cat. level (minimum monthly wage: 1.611,63); 40,29 for the 2ª cat. level (minimum monthly wage: 1.343,02); 37,61 for ‘ass. tecnico’ level (minimum monthly wage: 1.253,51); 34,92 for 3ª cat. level (minimum monthly wage: 1.163,96); 31,43 for 4ª cat. level (minimum monthly wage: 1.047,57); and 26,86 for the first job at 4ª cat. level (minimum monthly wage: 895,36).
This territorial quota serves as a calculation base, which is then adjusted following the verification of the company parameters, compulsory for each company. The corporate parameters to monitor are the number of hours reported in the Construction Fund and the company’s turnover for VAT purposes.
If both corporate indicators are positive compared to the previous three-year period, the company pays out 75% of the provincial level. If only one of the two parameters is positive, the employee is paid 50% of the aforementioned provincial amount. In case both corporate parameters are negative or equal to zero, the company is exempt from paying the EVR.
