CIPL Building Craftsmanship Calabria: The EVR has been determined

On March 19, 2026, an agreement was signed between Anaepa Confartigianato Imprese Calabria, Casartigiani Calabria, Claai Calabria, Cna Calabria along with Feneal-Uil Calabria, Filca-Cisl Calabria and Fillea-Cgil Calabria concerning the distribution of the Variable Element Compensation (E.V.R.) effective from January 1, 2026.

The regional indicators were verified and compared between the three-year periods of 2025/2024/2023 and 2024/2023/2022. The comparison had a positive outcome, and as a result, for the year 2026, the amount of E.V.R. to be allocated in the Calabria region is equivalent to 100% of the maximum measure. It is thus equal to 4% of the minimum in effect as of December 31, 2025.

The disbursement of the E.V.R. for January, February, and March 2026 should be completed by June 2026. The monthly E.V.R for employees varies depending on their level.

For level 7, the E.V.R is 88.75. For level 6, it is 79.00. Level 5 receives 65.84. For level 4, the E.V.R is 61.35, and for level 3, it stands at 57.06. Level 2 receives an E.V.R. of 51.20, while for level 1, it is 43.89.

Similarly, the E.V.R. for workers (Operai) is also distinct according to their level and whether it’s monthly or hourly.

A level IV worker receives a monthly E.V.R. of 61.36 and an hourly E.V.R. of 0.35. Specialized workers get a monthly E.V.R. of 57.06 and an hourly E.V.R. of 0.33. Qualified workers receive a monthly E.V.R. of 51.20 and an hourly E.V.R. of 0.30. Common workers receive a monthly E.V.R. of 43.89 and an hourly E.V.R. of 0.25.
