On February 9, 2026, social parties signed the record of agreement for the determination, at a provincial level, of the Variable Element of the remuneration payable for the year 2026. This followed the verification of four indicators based on data acquired from the Cassa Edile di Salerno, and comparing the three-year period 2025-2023 with the three-year period 2024-2022. The results of the comparison indicated positivity for each of the indicators, each carrying an equal weight of 100%.
Based on these findings, the amounts equivalent to 4% of the minimums in force as of January 1, 2026, were reported.
For workers, these amounts were distributed based on their level of classification:
– Common Worker 1st Level: 0.25
– Qualified Worker 2nd Level: 0.28
– Specialized Worker 3rd Level: 0.32
– Worker 4th Level: 0.34
For employees, the amounts were distributed as follows:
– 1st Level: 42.69
– 2nd Level: 49.95
– 3rd Level: 55.50
– 4th Level: 59.77
– 5th Level: 64.04
– 6th Level: 76.84
– 7th Level: 85.38
– 7th Level Frame: 85.38
In summary, all indicators showed positive results following the comparison between the three-year periods of 2024-2022 and 2025-2023. Based on these results, remuneration amounts for 2026 were outlined for both workers and employees at different levels, corresponding to 4% of the minimums in effect as of January 1, 2026.
