CIPL Construction Industry Cremona: The EVR for 2026 has been determined

L’Ance Cremona and the trade union organizations Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil came to an agreement on February 20, 2026, regarding the Variable Element of the Salary (EVR) for the year 2025, to be distributed in monthly installments in 2026. The review of the territorial parameters for the three-year period 2023-2024-2025 showed a positive economic picture, with 3 out of 4 indicators indicating a growth compared to the previous three-year period 2022-2023-2024.

Specifically, the wage earnings, the number of workers enrolled in the Construction Fund, and the total hours worked all showed positive outcomes. The only negative parameter was related to the Integration Fund.

As a result of these findings, the parties agreed that the provincial EVR for 2025 will be awarded at 75%, calculated on 4% of the minimum wage scales in effect as of March 1, 2022. Companies that have not met the company parameters and do not plan to award the prize must initiate a verification procedure by July 15, 2026. This agreement reaffirms the monetary recognition for workers in the sector in response to the results achieved in the territory.
