On February 23rd, 2026, the Association Ance Reggio Calabria and the trade unions Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil signed an agreement on the annual verification of territorial indicators necessary for the calculation of the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for the year 2026. The analysis of the period from 2023 to 2025 compared to the previous period from 2022 to 2024 showed a positive trend in all four parameters taken into account.
