The renewal agreement of the National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL) previously dated 23rd January 2014 was signed by Federagenti and Manageritalia for executives of shipping agencies, airlines, and maritime brokers on March 12, 2026. The agreement outlines the following increases: a monthly increase of 250 euros from April 1, 2026; a further 250 euros per month from January 1, 2027; and another 250 euros per month from January 1, 2028.
The minimum contractual salary for executives appointed or hired after the signing of this agreement must be no less than 4,050 euros from April 1, 2026; it is increased to 4,300 euros from January 1, 2027, and further adjusted up to 4,550 euros from January 1, 2028.
In May 2026, a one-time “lump sum” payout of 700 euros will be provided to all executives working at the time of the agreement’s signing. This lump-sum pay, which is non-absorbable, covers the period from January 1 to March 31, 2026.
Finally, for the three-year period from 2026 to 2028, a minimum welfare contractual credit of 2,000 euros per year has been sanctioned by the signatory companies. The stipulated agreements will have substantial economic impacts, with provisions for increases and welfare services for the target executives. They mark a significant payroll adjustment that accommodates the evolving economic demands and living costs.
