Trade unions First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Fna, Snfia and Uilca-Uil have released a summary of the meeting held on March 27 for the renewal of the National Collective Labour Agreement for Insurance, Ania. During the meeting, the last issues of the trade union platform were examined. It was revealed that the employer’s part was open to discussions on the Cat Nat policy, but they did not agree with the demands related to producers and contact centers. Furthermore, according to the trade unions, Ania considers the economic proposals excessive but has decided to take some time for evaluations. The next meeting scheduled for April 21 will be crucial for the continuation of the dialogue and will address economic issues. If the proposals are not in line with the trade union’s expectations, they would consider discontinuing negotiations and potentially beginning a mobilization phase.
