On 8th April 2026, an agreement was signed by Ance Macerata, Feneal-Uil Marche, Filca-Cisl Marche, and Fillea-Cgil Marche, to modify the monthly contribution rate to the Cassa Edile (Building Fund) as per Article 3 of the CIPL 21st July 2023. Starting from 1st October 2025, this modification has reduced the monthly contribution rate from 1% to 2% for companies that fulfill the following criteria:
1. The companies should be registered with the Cassa Edile of Macerata for over eight years as of 31st December of the previous year.
2. They should have worked a minimum of 9,000 hours per year, reported and paid to the Cassa Edile Macerata or the bilateral system of Marche.
3. They should possess a valid DURC (Document of Regulatory Compliance).
4. The CPT personnel should conduct a site visit at one of the company’s construction sites every year by 30th September, according to Article 51, clause 6 of the D. Lgs n. 81/2008.
The reduction percentage can be increased to 3% if two site visits are conducted by CPT personnel within each year of the agreement’s validity period.
Companies that have ongoing contribution rate payments are excluded from the reduction. For payments from October 2025 to March 2026, only those declarations and payments completed by 30th May 2026 are considered regular, for a maximum limit of three months, for the recognition of the premium rule.
