On March 17, 2026, Ance, Cna, and Confartigianato Imprese della Valle d’Aosta, along with territorial unions Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil, and Savt Edili, signed an agreement regarding the variable element of remuneration for the year 2026. This was in compliance with the stipulations indicated in Article 11 of the renewal agreement of the CIRL dated January 26, 2023.
Based on referential indicators and the comparison between the years 2022-2023-2024 and 2023-2024-2025 the data is as follows:
The weighted incidence of the number of workers registered at the ‘Parity Building Institute VDA’ increased from 4,118 in the period 2022-23-24 to 4,476 in 2023-24-25, indicating positive growth. Regarding wages declared at the same institute, it increased from 59,958,360 in the 2022-23-24 period to 64,959,495 in 2023-24-25, again indicating positive growth.
The number of working hours declared also showed an increase, from 3,557,551 in 2022-23-24 to 3,715,724 in 2023-24-25. Similarly, the number of companies registered at the Parity Building Institute VDA also increased from 649 to 680.
However, the average ordinary severance payment data from the Parity Building Institute showed negative growth, rising from 28,102 in 2022-23-24 to 37,176 in 2023-24-25.
In terms of the variable element of remuneration, set at a partial value of 3.2%, the monthly amounts for employees in different industries varied.
For the industry category, the monthly amounts varied as per the level of employment with the seventh level at 55.06, the sixth level at 49.56, fifth level at 41.30, fourth level at 38.54, third level at 35.79, second level at 32.21 and first level at 27.54. The hourly rate for workers ranged from 0.22 at levels four to 0.16 at level one.
For the artisanal category, the monthly amounts ranged from 57.75 at the seventh level to 28.17 at the first level. For workers, the per hour remuneration ranged from 0.24 at level five to 0.16 at level one.
