On March 4, 2026, the social parties including Cna, Confartigianato, Fillea-Cgil Ravenna, Filca-Cisl Romagna, and Feneal-Uil Ravenna met to deliberate on the quantification of the EVR related to the provincial supplemental contract for construction workers.
It has been agreed that the amounts determined will be paid from January to December 2026, distributed over 12 monthly installments. Companies that did not pay the EVR installments in January and February 2026 will disburse these quotas as arrears in March and April 2026, in addition to payments for the respective months.
The table further explains the monthly and annual sums to be disbursed based on differing levels:
Level 1 workers are slated to receive a total sum of €420.60, which translates to a monthly sum of €35.05. At Level 2, the annual sum is €491.80 and the monthly amount is €40.98.
Employees at Level 3 are to receive a total of €546.88, which equals to about €45.57 per month. For the 4th Level, the total amount for the year is €588.47 and the monthly amount is approximately €49.04.
At Level 5, the workers will receive a total of €630.94 for the year, breaking down to €52.58 per month. Level 6 workers are supposed to receive a total sum of €757.06 annually, with a monthly payment of €63.09.
Finally, for the highest tier, Level 7, workers will receive an annual total of €848.69, which amounts to a monthly sum of €70.72.
These decisions are expected to positively impact workers’ compensation across different levels, and it is hoped that it will contribute towards a fairer remuneration system for construction workers. It is also a testament to the commitment of the social parties involved in improving the welfare and payment conditions for these workers. The agreed output underlines a positive result for the five territorial indicators on the table.
