On March 10, 2026, an agreement was made regarding the calculation of the EVR related to the Provincial Supplementary Contract for construction workers employed by cooperatives in the province of Ravenna. Signed by Legacoop Romagna, Confcooperative Romagna, AGCI Emilia Romagna, Fillea – CGIL Ravenna, Filca – CISL, Feneal – UIL Ravenna, the agreement was reached after all five set objectives were achieved.
The amounts to be paid were divided into two equal tranches. The first will be paid with wages for April 2026, and the second will be paid with those for October 2026. The payment amounts, specified for different employment levels, are as follows:
Level 8 employees will receive a total of €2,807.78, with an additional €1,000.00.
Level 7 employees will receive a total of €2,466.01, with an additional €839.00.
Level 6 employees will receive a total of €2,041.05, with an additional €720.00.
Level 5 employees will receive a total of €1,809.89, with an additional €12.00.
Level 4 employees will receive a total of €1,672.66, with an additional €548.00.
Level 3 employees will receive a total of €1,590.89, with an additional €509.00.
Level 2 employees will receive a total of €1,479.64, with an additional €457.00.
Level 1 employees will receive a total of €1,357.14, with an additional €400.00.
This amount is due to workers with the qualification of employee, worker and professionalizing apprentice who are in force during the period of measurement of the parameters, in the period from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025 (construction year 2025), and as of the date of March 10, 2026. Thus, the agreement ensures that construction workers of varying levels of qualification employed by the cooperative movement in the province of Ravenna are adequately compensated according to a predetermined and agreed-upon pay scale.
