This agreement is applicable to companies compliant with payments to the Rimini Tertiary Bilateral Body. In terms of procedural requirements, companies are obligated to notify the Rimini Tertiary Provincial Commission within 20 calendar days of the hiring. Failure to adhere to this stipulation will result in the loss of corporate benefits arising from the application of this territorial agreement.
